Service: 100% Food: 100% Value for money! The best food I ever had while in NYC during our vacation. Winnie is a sweetheart and very kind and attentive. She went far and behind of our expectations of service and hospitality. We will definitely recommend and come back here every time we visit New York!

Sometimes the reviews don’t do justice to a restaurant. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical of going to this restaurant. But, my friends and I decided that we would experience it ourselves and then share our experiences with those who are thinking of going to this amazing restaurant. I made a reservation for 3 the night before for lunch and was the first to arrive. I check in with the hostess and she was friendly and helpful. She offered me a table while waiting for my friends to arrive. I declined as I was early and wanted to be seated when all of us are there. My friends arrived and we have added an extra guest and now a party of 4. We were seated promptly and cold ice water was served immediately. Thank god, as it was a sweltering humid day today. Our server/bartender was a delightful young Asian woman and we immediately felt so at ease with her recommendations and her gracious personality. We ordered 4 cocktails and they went above and beyond to find the specific liqueur to make our specially requested drink. We were very impressed. The room was not too busy at this point but the bar was filled up. Our server/bartender did triple duty to make sure that all her guests were taken care of. We were ready to order some appetizers and a Manager (we assume) immediately came to our table and diligently took our orders. We made a special request to have their in-house thick bacon crispy and it was delivered. We ordered crab cakes and shrimp cocktail as well. ALL were delicious. By this time, it was beginning to get busy. Not bad for a lunch crowd on a Wednesday. It was time to have another round of cocktails and again it was promptly served. We then orders 2 rib eyes (to share) and it was cooked to perfection. Medium rare, juicy and flavorful. The side order of creamy spinach complements the steak well. The steaks were generous portion and we took some left overs home. Then another round of cocktails were ordered. Then another to close out this delicious lunch. All in all, the food, service and attention to guests were sublime. We would definitely come back for another round of the delicious steak!

100 stars if I could! This lovely steakhouse has an amazing and attentive staff with the most wonderful services. Me, my fiance and our child came here on a Saturday night and we were blown away by how amazing all the dishes tasted! You might come to a steakhouse just to get the steaks but here you can get everything else too. Few of the many appetizers we got were the roasted bone marrow, edamame, oysters, tomato and burrata, and the crispiest jumbo lump crab cake! And the sides to get with your main course (should be STEAK!!!) should be the lobster Mac and cheese, foraged mushrooms, cauliflower fried rice! I promise you won’t be disappointed with anything you get here :) me and my family definitely was very impressed with everything and happy with how delicious everything was!

My waitress Pattie had great recommendations and she was always extremely attentive. The vibes of the restaurant was great and food was pretty good. I really loved the tuna tartar and the matcha cheese cake.

Can’t ask for more My Birthday celebration at this elegant ambiance restaurant. The rooftop patio just added another spark to the ambiance. The food was great, service was fast despite the busy night. Would definitely want to highlight our server GIA (full of love, laughter, made sure each and everyone were happy with the service ,the food and drinks) how can we not ?? GIA was simply awesome. And there is RAFAEL (bartender) despite so busy he made sure to get all the cocktails we requested to the table. SURPRISE SUPRISE ... MAGICIAN ERIC perform on our table. There was so much laughter. Last but not the least JEFF and JERRY made every effort to make everyone’s night was awesome. PRIME Met Steakhouse great for any sort from small to large groups Larger groups I recommend to have reservation. My birthday was memorable . The ambiance ,The food ,the people , the service, the music , the view. Each and everything was awesome.

From the moment we arrived, our Hostess VIP made us feel incredibly comfortable, providing top-tier service and expert recommendations on both dishes and drinks. The food, drinks, and desserts were truly next level—each bite was perfection. The ambiance and decor add to the experience, making it a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining. Highly recommend!

My wife and I hosted our baby shower at Prime Met Steakhouse on March 22, 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience! Ken, the event planner from the Renaissance Hotel, was absolutely incredible—attentive, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire planning process. We had a variety of audouvers that kept flowing all our guest did not leave hungry. Also we included an open bar which every guest enjoyed. The most comments we received from the guests were about the desserts they are delicious! We booked out the whole restaurant and were able to do the gender reveal on the balcony. This is such an elegant venue with top-notch service to host events I recommend it to everyone! Additionally, we stayed at the Renaissance Hotel the night before to set up, and Jasmine at the front desk was incredibly accommodating. Her hospitality made the experience even smoother.
